Please return the item at your own cost and we will contact you to inquire whether you would like to exchange the item for another PONO accessory or receive a refund.
If the package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: All Collection items purchased between November 25th-December 23rd are eligible for an extended return policy. If you wish to return your holiday order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 866-336-PONO by January 10, 2012 to request a return authorization number.
